Contractor availability, pricing, estimates, licenses, insurance, workmanship, appointment windows, and project terms are handled by the contractor or service partner. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any contractor before hiring them.

Calls, Texts, and Chat

By providing your phone number or using Emma, you consent to be contacted by SuperHome and its service partners about your request, including by call, text, or automated technology where permitted by law. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current contact and project details.
• Use SuperHome only for legitimate home service inquiries.
• Do not interfere with, scrape, overload, or misuse the site.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
• Verify any contractor before entering into a project agreement.

Third-Party Services

SuperHome may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, messaging providers, contractors, publishers, or tools. Those third parties are responsible for their own services, terms, privacy practices, and business operations.

Intellectual Property

SuperHome, the SuperHome logo, site design, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by SuperHome or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit them except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Disclaimers

SuperHome is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every request will receive a match, quote, or appointment, or that any contractor will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperHome will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for damages arising from contractor services, third-party conduct, unavailable features, or your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Your continued use of SuperHome after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
